Comment Policy
Last updated: April 2026.
This blog uses Disqus for comments. By commenting, you accept the terms below.
What’s welcome
- Disagreement backed by an argument
- Honest questions, even basic ones
- Factual corrections (including of things I wrote)
- Context and experiences that expand on the post
What gets removed
- Personal attacks, hate speech, harassment
- Spam, promotions and off-topic links
- Illegal content
- Comments that only serve to provoke, adding nothing
I moderate and remove without notice when necessary. If you think your comment was removed by mistake, email me at eltonleao.dev@gmail.com to explain.
Responsibility
Each comment is the responsibility of whoever writes it. Opinions in the comments don’t reflect mine.
Privacy
Commenting here involves creating or logging into a Disqus, Google, Facebook or Twitter account. Disqus is a third-party service that collects browsing data (including for their own ad network). If that bothers you, don’t comment — use email or the social networks listed on the About page.
The blog itself doesn’t collect data beyond standard analytics.
Changes
This policy may change. Relevant changes will be dated here at the top.
